Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-12

These terms govern your use of https://westcoastglas.shop, operated by WEST COAST (GLASGOW) LIMITED. By subscribing to or using RideForge you agree to them.

The service

RideForge is an online-only digital subscription that generates ride plans, checklists, build renders, posters, step cards and reveal videos from your inputs. It does not sell motorcycles, parts or accessories and does not provide repair, inspection or navigation services.

Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 13 to use RideForge. Users aged 13-17 must have verifiable parent or guardian consent.
  • You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

  • Plans are billed in USD through Stripe on a recurring monthly or yearly basis until cancelled.
  • Monthly allowances reset each cycle and do not roll over. There are no credits and no stored cash balance.
  • You may cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.

Riding safety and no navigation

Routes produced by RideForge are ride inspiration, not turn-by-turn navigation. We do not guarantee road conditions, openness or lawful passage. You must obey the road laws in your jurisdiction, hold a valid licence, wear compliant protective gear and ride within your ability. RideForge does not replace professional rider training.

Build and roadworthiness

Build renders are creative visualizations, not engineering, roadworthiness or structural-safety guarantees. Any modification must be installed by a professional and comply with applicable laws and inspection requirements. Do not present a render as a certified engineering or roadworthiness approval.

Maintenance safety

Maintenance outlines are general references only. Safety-critical parts — brakes, tyres, steering, suspension and fuel systems — must be handled by a qualified technician following the manufacturer service manual and torque specifications.

Acceptable use

You agree to the Acceptable Use Policy, including no use to encourage dangerous riding, racing, non-compliant modification or inspection avoidance.

Intellectual property and your content

We own the RideForge platform. You keep ownership of your inputs and uploads; licensing of generated output is set out in the Content License.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes arising from riding, building or maintenance decisions you make. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. See the AI Disclaimer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts. Contact: support@westcoastglas.shop.
